Richard Nogleberg, President and co-owner, has 44 years of
diverse electrical contracting experience. Four years prior to the inception of
Placer Electric, Dick was co-owner of Redwood City Electric Incorporated in the
San Francisco Bay Area. His previous experience, prior to 1974 includes
positions of superintendent, project manager, estimator, foreman and
journeyman. He was consultant and installing contractor on the MJB Coffee Plant
in Union City, Japan Air Lines Communications and World Wide Reservations
Center in San Francisco, United Grocers Data Processing Facility in Oakland.
Nolgeberg has been working for Kaiser Permanente since his career began. He has
been instrumental in the development of automated electronic and
micro-processor manufacturing for clients such as NEC Electronics America,
Hewlett Packard and IBM.
Dick has been active in the EGIA, the Electric and Gas
Industry Association of San Francisco, NECA, the National Electrical
Contractors Association in San Mateo County and SECA the Sacramento Electrical
Contractors Association. He is a National Vice-President for District 9 of the
National Electrical Contractor Association, Bethesda Maryland. He has served on
the NECA National Government Affairs Committee and has been lobbying in
Washington DC, for an improved environment for the industry.
Nolgeberg is a member of the Board of Directors of the
Greater Sacramento Chapter of NECA. He is a member of the joint NECA/IBEW Labor
Negotiation Committee and a trustee on the IBEW/NECA Apprenticeship and
Training Committee. He is also a member of the IAEI, International Association
of Electrical Inspectors and the IES, Illuminating Engineering Society, where
he has won numerous awards for Lighting Design Energy Conservation and
Management. |

Lynne
Harker, CEO/CFO and co-owner, has been involved in electrical contracting
for 42 years. She attended West Valley College in Saratoga, California, with a
major in Business.
In 1974 she took over co-ownership and operation of
Redwood City Electric Incorporated with three other partners. She was Secretary
of the Corporation, and served as Controller. Her firm was heavily involved in
commercial and industrial electrical installations for the manufacturing,
electronics and medical industries.
As controller Lynne makes day-to-day decisions regarding
operations and management of Placer Electric Incorporated. Lynne is the RMO
Qualifier on the C-10 contractor's license for the firm. As well as overseeing
the estimating and field personnel, Lynne manages the general supervision,
direction, and control of Placer Electric Incorporated. |
